InteliHeat® Digiheat Base Heater
The Digiheat Base Heater is suitable for heating steel or plastic drums up to 55 gallons, including smaller containers. The integral microprocessor temperature controller lets you set and display top plate temperatures.
The Digiheat may be used alone to provide heat to the base of a drum or in conjunction with other products, such as flexible heating jackets, to reduce heating times.

This InteliHeat® Digiheat Base Heater is ideal for customers who wish to maximize heat-up times and ensure the material in the drum’s base heats uniformly, especially when melting solids.
- Sustain for heating steel or plastic drums up to 55 Gallons.
- Suitable for smaller containers.
- 21.65″ diameter heated top plate.
- Integral microprocessor temperature controller.
- It can be set 32F – 293F.
- It may be used by itself to provide uniform heat to the bottom of the drum.
- It can be used in conjunction with other products, such as Flexible Heating Jackets, to reduce heating times
- 850 watts at 120 VAC
